With a superb line up of 35 exercise stations, Moseley School Health and Fitness Centre is designed to appeal to a whole range of fitness levels.
The equipment in the gym is designed to accommodate everyone from beginner to athlete. All exercises have low starting levels enabling users to select the work rate they are comfortable with.
Strikes football courses are availalable at Moseley School Health and Fitness Centre. Strike runs four 12-week courses each year, with two-week breaks at Christmas and Easter. To enrol, children must be at least four years old. On enrolment, each child receives a personalised Strike ID card, which must be produced at reception before each lesson. The card ensures priority booking for subsequent courses.

Swanshurst Leisure Centre has a range of facilities available such as Badminton, Netball and Tennis courts for hire along with a Gymnasium, Table Tennis tables, Dance Studios and instruction for Archery and Trampolining.
Rich in history with over seventy players representing the four home countries including four as England captain and a number of British Lions, Moseley are Birmingham's leading rugby club and field sixteen Rugby Union sides, Mens, Ladies' and Juniors, through all ages and both sexes in a new'ish home at Billesley Common, on the fringe of Moseley.
Along with 11 other members, J. R. R. Tolkein’s uncle William founded Moseley Golf Club in 1892 on rented land from Billesley Farm, which now forms part of the Club’s buildings.
Moseley Road Pool was opened in 1907 and is one of Birminghams finest Edwardian buildings as well as being a working pool.
